Licensing Requirements for Renting in Turkey
Under the new regulations, Property owners are required to obtain a license from the Ministry of Tourism or the local Governor. All apartment owners should agree to short-term rentals to get a license, and the decision should be written in their books.

- Those who continue their rental activities for tourism purposes without a permit despite implementing the provisions of paragraphs (a) and (b) will be fined 1,000 Turkish liras.
